Sponsors Supporting Member

Article 1 (Purpose)

These regulations define the supporting member system that endorses and supports the social education, international exchange, and cultural promotion activities of the General Incorporated Association SAKE OF PEACE (hereinafter referred to as "the Association").

Article 2 (Categories)

There are two categories of supporting members: 1. Individual Member — Annual fee: 10,000 JPY (tax included) 2. Corporate Member — Annual fee: 50,000 JPY (tax included)

Article 3 (Benefits)

1. Individual members may attend "Kids School" events hosted by the Association free of charge throughout the year. 2. Corporate members receive priority participation in events and educational activities, and may have their name listed as sponsor. 3. Other benefits may be granted by the Association.

Article 4 (Membership Acquisition)

1. Membership is granted to those who endorse the purpose of the Association, complete the required application, and receive board approval. 2. Membership becomes valid upon payment of the annual fee.

Article 5 (Fees)

1. Fees are paid annually and are non-refundable. 2. The validity period is one year from the month following payment.

Article 6 (Support)

Supporting members agree to the purpose of the Association and cooperate by promoting, participating in, and introducing its activities.

Article 7 (Loss of Membership)

Membership may be revoked by board resolution if a member: 1. Fails to pay fees for one year or more 2. Significantly damages the reputation or credibility of the Association 3. Acts contrary to the purpose of the Association

Article 8 (Personal Information)

The Association manages personal information appropriately and uses it only for member contact and operational purposes.

Article 9 (Amendment)

These regulations may be amended by board resolution and members will be notified promptly.

Supplementary Provisions

These regulations take effect on October 20, 2025. General Incorporated Association SAKE OF PEACE
